With the permission of the individuals involved, here we provide summaries of their cases. As you can readily see, our case wasn't unique!

Michael Hatton, Cornwall

In this case the motorist was accused of an s 172 offence and speeding by a Gatso camera, which was being powered by a portable generator. The CPS dropped both charges and the motorist was awarded costs.
