Note: If you are ordering an item available only to Supporter Members, or at a special Supporter Members' price, please make sure that you include a note of your Username with your payment. If you aren't able to include your Username with the order (some payment methods don't allow you to include a note) then please also contact us with your Username and a detail from your payment (for example the PayPal ID) that will let us match you with your order.

The prices above include 1st Class Royal Mail delivery within the UK and Channel Islands. For Recorded Delivery please add the item below to your basket (once per mug order, not per mug).

Your Right to Cancel

At PePiPoo our aim is for you to be entirely happy with your purchase every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please contact us using this form and we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Occasionally though, we know that you may want to return items.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within 7 days of delivery. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, CD or software products where the item has been unsealed.

To cancel a contract, please contact us using this form, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation", and including the e-mail address you used to place the order so that we can identify it. We will e-mail you with details of how to return the item. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date when we provided return details to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing).

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
