PePiPoo exists to provide general advice and support to the public on motoring and speeding issues free of charge, and also direct support in individual landmark cases. We are a limited company entirely independent of any other motoring organisation or interest group, and rely on the generous support of our members, donors and contributors to enable us to provide this service.

While no-one receives any pay for working on PePiPoo, we do incur legal and other expenses including those for operating this website, and we are both grateful for and dependent on the financial support we receive from our visitors and members. Nowadays you can never be sure who is watching what you are doing or discussing on the Internet! You can send e-mail encrypted using PGP to either of the addresses shown below. Encrypted e-mail ensures the privacy of your message both in transit across the Internet, and when stored by us. If you include your public key then we'll encrypt any reply we send back to you. There is a very interesting article on the BBC News website related to PGP's security.

Our PGP public key is available:

  Right click on the link and click "Save As" (or your browser's equivalent)to download and save the file to your PC.

You can download a freeware version of PGP from the PGP Corporation website.
